Local Device Playback

Playback on your TV, Tablet or Phone from your Sonos Library.

You can use TVONOS to play items from your Sonos library on your local device (e.g. TV, Tablet, Phone). This is not making your local device a Sonos speaker that can pair with other speakers. However, for rooms where you do not have a Sonos Speaker, it does allow you to listen from the device speaker.

  • Local libraries network shares are supported but do require enabling in the settings with any account information
  • Some streaming services are supported, see the table below
